Jason Gault, Corr’s Corner Hotel
For 20 years, Jason has worked with local suppliers, used the freshest produce and created delicious meals which are now firm local favourites. Continuously developing Corr’s kitchen, Jason devises daily specials and ensures everyone is trained to the highest standards in food allergy awareness.

Iain McIntyre, Dunsilly Hotel
Taking position of Head Chef when he was just 25 year old, Iain has been able to inject a fresh, innovative approach to his kitchen. He uses his fresh ingredients to great seasonal and innovation items for his menu, encouraging the kitchen team to choose seasonal produce.

Stephen Foster, Adair Arms Hotel
For over 20 years, Head Chef Stephen has been in charge of the Adair Arms Hotel kitchen. He enjoys creating special event menus, such as the Great Afternoon Tea or Traditional Dressed Buffets and always working along side local suppliers for the best produce. His homemade scones are not to be missed!

Michael McCrudden, Dillons Hotel
Launching Dillons Hotel in October 2014, Michael has developed his team and devised the menu from scratch. All cooked fresh to order, he enjoys hearing customer feedback on the dishes they enjoy. All Michael’s desserts are homemade and he has a separate Gluten free menu on at all times.
